What is the difference between Religion and Spirituality?

Sree Maa’s take on Religion Vs Spirituality: It’s like the universal question what came first the chicken or the egg!

Most Religions are like framework in which no one is allowed to question the Source and everyone has to abide by rule book. White is white and black is black. People are labelled as transgressors and have to keep working on improving the way they act and behave .Though teachings revolve around what will happen to the soul after death. There is always a central figure around whom everything and everyone revolves.

Spirituality on the other hand is exploration of ones’s inner voice and intuition. Spiritually living means the awareness of “I am soul /consciousness/energy”
This allows inflexibility of the ego’ic rational and logic to be woken up from time to time. Every one is free to view themselves as either creators or creation. Its progressive in nature.

Both are used by people to either find comfort , solace , support or stay connected.

Religion and Spirituality both are relative truths.

The Absolute Creator is neither bound by religion or spirituality.
